What you'll be doing;
To be the first point of contact for customer and public queries about the site and pass the information to the relevant site staff as necessary
Deal proficiently with any internal and external issues or queries that may arise
Assist the Site Manager with the day to day administration of the site
Prepare site reports and complete minutes for site meetings
Assist with induction and probationary reviews
Ensure all personnel files are updated on a regular basis
Manage the monthly payroll process
Ensure that all training records are up to date and schedule courses as and when required
What we're looking for;
Previous experience gained within an administrative role
Previous use of Google docs is advantageous
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience gained using SAP, SAGE or WIMS is desirable
