Operational Support Specialist

Tulsa, OK

Onsite Position

7625 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, OK 74145

Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Provide excellent customer service to customers and employees.

Handle customer phone calls, questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Assist customers and employees with all wire processes.

Review Large Item reports timely and to detect fraud.

Review Dormant reports and contact customers to confirm lost contact.

Review Acquire reports to ensure policy and procedure compliance as well as fraud detection.

Attend monthly Mafia meetings and share knowledge to reduce fraud.

Assist customers entering safe deposit boxes.

Maintain Reg E. documentation.

Process return mail items while also contacting customer to obtain updated information.

Scan documents into Doc Viewer as needed.

Review maintenance reports in the absence of the maintenance clerk.

Complete subpoena requests and other legal processing.

Assist customers at reception when needed.

Maintain appropriate document retention.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS RREQUIRED

Six months in current position.

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Detailed oriented.

Must work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks.

Must have critical thinking skills.

Knowledge of Regulation E.

Knowledge of daily bank operations, procedures and regulations.

Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when needed.

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

General understanding of BancFirst products and services.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.

Long periods of keying and repetitive motion.

Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds.
