The Position
As an Operational Responsible, you will be part of a newly established team that supports our project department in designing technical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making suggestions within design, equipment, components, and physical construction based on process requirements.
  • Contributing to all aspects of design, layout, supplier selection, purchasing, construction, qualification, validation, and documentation.
  • Implementing GMP standards and ensuring technical, quality, and safety input are adjusted and implemented.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality, efficiency, reliability, and stability in our production facility.


You will work closely with various stakeholders and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our expansion project.
Currently, the workplace will be at our project office in Høje Taastrup, as well as our office in Odense.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following:

  • An academic degree in Natural Science, Engineering, Robotics or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project work or production, with a focus on equipment and installation design, validation, and qualification.
  • Strong competencies in production equipment, preferably within a regulated industry.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
