Position Description:

The Operational Readiness Engineer is responsible for coordinating and tracking operational readiness deliverables to support the successful startup of the Lebanon API facility. This role works closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure systems and processes are ready for GMP production. The Operational

Readiness Engineer provides technical oversight, monitors progress, and resolves issues in the field to enable on-schedule and on-budget project delivery. This position requires strong collaboration across multiple functional areas and an engineering mindset to understand complex systems and startup requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Track and coordinate startup deliverables across multiple technical disciplines.

 Monitor progress of operational readiness activities and identify risks or delays.

 Collaborate with engineering, validation, and operations teams to resolve

technical issues during startup.

 Support integration of startup activities with construction and qualification

timelines.

 Provide technical input on operational readiness plans and equipment/system

performance.

 Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards during startup activities.

Basic Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related

discipline).

 Minimum three to five years of experience in engineering or technical roles within

pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industries.

 Familiarity with GMP requirements and regulatory standards.

 Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

 Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Additional Preferences:

 Experience with capital project execution and startup coordination.

 Knowledge of process systems and equipment used in API manufacturing.

 Familiarity with validation protocols and do
