Operational Excellence Technical Program Manager, Security

THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking an Operational Excellence Technical Program Manager to join the Global Information Security Office and help drive execution for a strategic security program. This role is designed for a strong technical program leader who can bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to complex work that spans security engineering, security architecture, and cross-functional delivery partners.

This person will serve as a key operational driver for ticketing, escalations, dependency management, and execution governance tied to a strategic Everpure program. You will partner closely with security engineering and architecture leaders to ensure work is clearly defined, tracked, escalated appropriately, and moved forward with urgency and discipline.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating technical context into actionable program structure, and building repeatable operational mechanisms that improve visibility, decision-making, and outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own day-to-day program operations, including ticketing workflows, intake, triage, prioritization, issue resolution, escalation management, and execution tracking.
• Partner with Security Engineering and Security Architecture leaders to translate technical priorities into defined workstreams, milestones, dependencies, accountable owners, and decision paths.
• Build and run operating mechanisms that keep Jira and Confluence accurately aligned with scope, status, blockers, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain action logs, dependency maps, issue registers, and escalation paths to drive follow-through across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate standups, working sessions, risk reviews, stakeholder syncs, and executive-ready status updates.
• Identify patterns in ticket volume, aging, bottlenecks, and recurring escalations, then implement process improvements that strengthen transparency, predictability, and delivery.
• Escalate execution risks quickly and clearly, helping leaders make informed trade-offs and prioritization decisions across the program lifecycle.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, program operations, security, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
• Meaningful hands-on or adjacent experience supporting security engineering and security architecture teams.
• A strong understanding of how technical security work is planned, tracked, escalated, and delivered across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated success managing complex programs with competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Fluency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting, with the ability to interpret technical discussions and identify execution risks early.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for engineers, security leaders, executives, and business partners.
• Preferred experience supporting security transformation, platform, architecture, or engineering-led programs.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, identity and access management, cloud security, application security, infrastructure security, or resiliency.
• Experience using metrics to improve operating models, service workflows, escalation mechanisms, and operational performance.
