Manage OE by crafting OE roadmap, improving culture, implementing LBMS, and boosting performance. The position serves as a key enabler on continuous improvement-related topics.

The position will deliver and or support complex projects within the designated site / asset. Act as a change agent by managing collaborators and earning their agreement and support while demonstrating a clear return on investment to the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead LMBS Roll Out in operation functions:
    • Lead and coordinate the maturity assessment
    • Help function team to setup maturity improvement target & roadmap and then lead the implementation
    • Play as SME of LBMS standards and tools
    • Mentor and role model of lean leadership
    • Improve the CI culture by implementing key LBMS elements such as 6S, Standard work, VSM, problem and etc.
    • Share / adopt good practices in network
  • Drive performance improvement:
    • Work closely with operation function to setup important metric and priority projects which are align with BU and site ambition
    • Lead and facilitate improvement/problem solving workshops
    • Provide consultant and methodology support to priority improvement projects to help achieve business target
    • Handle key cost saving projects
  • The project manager in Operation Excellence function will lead high priority, sophisticated and cross function performance improvement projects by applying their expertise in both manufacturing process, operation excellence and project management
  • Project manager will be working closely with assets functions and asset OE to identify improvement opportunities and setup strategy plan by performance end to end value chain diagnostic
  • Project manager will lead high priority cross function performance improvement projects and secure the delivery on time and quality
  • Supporting ORCA project

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required, Master preferred
  • Preferred area of study: IE, Science, Engineering or related subject areas
  • Sophisticated no. of years of experience in the area of Lean Six Sigma. Experience in pharma industrial is a plus.
  • This require project manager have both experience in OE and the manufacturing process.
  • Proven hands on project experience in cycle time, change over and downtime reduction is mandatory
  • The skill of leading change and collaboration are key competences.
  • Strong leadership skills; very good communication skills and interaction with all kinds of interfaces within customers and the project organization
  • Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude
  • Fluent in English and German is a plus
