Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years in telecom, messaging, or wireless operations.
- Strong experience with:
- SMS/MMS protocols: SMPP, MM7, SS7 (preferred), Diameter (nice-to-have)
- Messaging platforms (e.g., OpenMarket, Syniverse, Twilio, or similar)
- Knowledge of:
- Routing, delivery receipts, message encoding (GSM, Unicode)
- Carrier connectivity and interworking
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Grafana).
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
End-to-End SMS Flow ,
API Messaging , SMPP , SMSC/MMSC platform operations, SMPP, MM7, DLRs, A2P, 10DLC, short codes, toll-free messaging, Syniverse/OpenMarket/Twilio, SMPP bind types, DLR debugging, MMS/MM7 flow, encoding etc
