InfyStrat is looking for a meticulous Operation Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for executing operational tests to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems and processes. You will work closely with operational teams to define test scenarios, validate operational workflows, and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex systems to ensure they function optimally. Responsibilities- Design and execute test cases for operational processes and workflows.
- Perform end-to-end testing to validate system integrations and operational functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and clarify objectives.
- Document test results and maintain comprehensive test logs for traceability.
- Identify, report, and track defects, providing insights for resolution and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices throughout testing phases.
- Participate in review sessions to refine testing strategies based on feedback and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operational testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and operational processes.
- Proficient in creating detailed test plans and test scenarios.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Experience with defect management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center) is a plus.
