Key Responsibilities
- Track ad hoc and routine reports from initial request through closure, providing regular status updates.
- Coordinate and facilitate events
- Assist with weekly staff calendars, suspense status reports, and official visitor bulletins.
- Support special projects and assignments for the command group.
- Coordinate with subordinate program offices for support to demonstrations and briefings.
- Participate in senior leader calendar reviews for event and data call synchronization.
- Coordinate with external agencies in support of requirements
- Document processes for data calls, RFIs, and strategic planning events.
- Assist in updating and managing operations processes.
- Attend meetings to support operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and 5–8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certifications.
- Experience establishing and maintaining schedules.
- Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience maintaining internal records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Security Clearance
- Active Secret security clearance required, with the ability to maintain clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for a Secret clearance at this location.
