Operation Planning Manager

1.    To organize, develop and improve the competence of the operations planning team to meet the requirement of the plant and customers with cost efficiency and effectiveness to achieve its overall objectives related to profitability, service, quality and customer satisfaction.

2.    Responsible for implementing safety procedures by monitoring and supporting EHS process. 
负责通过监控和支持环境、健康与安全（EHS）流程来实施安全程序。
3.    Follow IATF16949 procedure and requirements to manager daily operation.
遵循IATF16949程序和要求来管理日常运营。
4.    Responsible for Operations Planning function including capacity planning and production scheduling. 
负责运营规划职能，包括产能规划和生产调度。
5.    Involve in long-term capacity planning and Sales & Operation Planning activities.
参与长期产能规划和销售与运营规划活动。
6.    Responsible for inventory control, including managing total inventory value, turnover rates, inventory days, fulfillment level and etc.
负责库存控制，包括管理总库存价值、周转率、库存天数、履约水平等。
7.    Responsible for warehouse function as receiving the raw material physically and booking in the system, handling the material distribution among warehouse/workshop and managing the inventory accuracy within all warehouses.
负责仓库职能，包括实际接收原材料并在系统中登记，处理仓库/车间之间的物料分配，并管理所有仓库的库存准确性。
8.    Lead OP related projects. Support project management and potential plant expansion. 
领导与运营规划相关的项目，支持项目管理和潜在的工厂扩展。
9.    Lead OP team to achieve company KPIs.
领导运营规划团队以实现公司关键绩效指标（KPI）。
10.    Manage and control budget of the department.
管理和控制部门预算。

 Requires: 

1.    Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, major in Chemical is preferred. 
本科及以上学历，商业或相关专业，化学专业优先。
2.    Eight years’ experience in supply chain or operations functions. 
具有八年供应链或运营职能的经验。
3.    Fluency in English. 英语流利。
4.    Familiar with SAP/ERP related system.熟悉SAP/ERP相关系统。
5.    Good team player.良好的团队合作精神。
6.    Good interpersonal skills.良好的人际交往能力。
7.     Familiarity with coating products is required. 需要熟悉涂料产品
