Job Responsibilities:• Executar a operação com segurança e qualidade atingindo o tack time e garantindo as metas de entrega do cliente;• Utilizar os equipamentos de proteção individuais (EPI's) descritos no processo de Chassis;• Realizar a Verificação de Poka Yoke nas células;• Realizar a liberação de First off das células onde é habilitado no On the job Nível II e III;• Realizar as inspeções do produto de acordo com as especificações da FTP- Folha de Trabalho Padronizado e Plano de Verificação;• Preencher os formulários de Plano de Verificação e First Off;• Fazer a identificação e segregação do produto não conforme na célula;• Aplicar corretamente as etiquetas de produtos acabados em embalagens e rack's, conforme Procedimento de Aplicação de Etiquetas;• Fazer o correto apontamento de paradas de linha no PCfactory e Hora hora;• Cumprir a meta mensal de sugestão do programa de melhorias;• Conhecer e praticar os 10 mandamentos da qualidade;• Auxiliar na análise e resolução de problemas de sua célula de trabalho;• Garantir OEE acima de 90% nas linhas que é habilitado acima de nível II;• Sugerir ideias para melhorar o OEE das células de produção;• Atuar como "Padrinho" no treinamento On the job e integração de novos colaboradores;

Skills Required

  • Operate production equipment to meet takt time and customer delivery targets
  • Use required personal protective equipment (EPIs) as described in Chassis process
  • Perform Poka-Yoke verification in cells
  • Perform First Off release for enabled cells (On the Job Level II and III)
  • Inspect product according to FTP (Standard Work Sheet) and Verification Plan
  • Complete Verification Plan and First Off forms
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming product in the cell
  • Apply finished-product labels to packaging and racks per labeling procedure
  • Record line stoppages correctly in PCfactory and Hora Hora
  • Meet monthly suggestion target for improvement program
  • Know and practice the 10 quality commandments
  • Assist in analysis and resolution of problems in own work cell
  • Ensure OEE above 90% on lines where enabled above Level II and suggest OEE improvements
  • Act as mentor ('Padrinho') for on-the-job training and integration of new employees
  • Demonstrate and model safe work practices and compliance
