Objetivo general:
Ejecutar las actividades de fabricación y envase de productos arquitectónicos tomando en consideración las normas, instrucciones y procedimientos establecidos, asegurando las labores complementarias como aprovisionamiento de materiales, limpieza y registro en formatos y software del proceso, para garantizar el cumplimiento a los programas de producción en tiempo y forma con la seguridad, calidad, costo y cuidado del medio ambiente esperados.
Objetivos específicos:
Realizar actividades de descarga de materias primas a tanques de almacenamiento respetando los procedimientos e instrucciones, diligenciando los check list de control para asegurar calidad y evitar derrames o incidentes de seguridad. Esto aplica tanto para materias primas en Flexitanque como en IBC.
En actividades de pesado de materias primas sólidas y líquidas asegurar el peso correcto y la debida identificación y trazabilidad.
Verificar la adecuada calibración de los equipos a utilizar en el pesado.
Dejar disponibles en la zona especificada, los materiales de envase y empaque necesarios para el proceso.
Garantizar el estado de referencia de la bodega de material de empaque.
Registrar en los formatos especificados y/o en Oracle, la salida de los materiales utilizados.
Ejecutar la limpieza, desinfección y sanitización de las ollas de producción en los lugares indicados y utilizando los productos y herramientas especificadas.
Suministrar la muestra de producto a Calidad debidamente identificada para realización de los análisis.
Verificar la disponibilidad de los elementos necesarios para el envase del producto fabricado.
Verificar el correcto estado de limpieza de la zona y los equipos a utilizar en el proceso de envase.
Verificar la cantidad a envasar por unidad de empaque y su tolerancia.
Utilizar las herramientas y ayudas especificadas para la operación.
En la Operación de envase asegurar el correcto etiquetado, correcto llenado, posicionamiento de la tapa, proceso de cerrado (realizado por rodillos), paletizado y apilado en tarimas.
Finalizar el lote y reportar el total de piezas envasadas.
Ejecutar las actividades de limpieza y 5S en su puesto de trabajo.
Utilizar sus elementos de protección personal y respetar las instrucciones y comportamientos de EHS.
Realizar las actividades de mantenimiento básico asignadas en su puesto de trabajo.
Separar adecuadamente los residuos generados en la ejecución de su puesto de trabajo.
Cualquier tarea asignada por el Supervisor inmediato.

Skills Required
- Follow established procedures, instructions and EHS (safety) rules
- Unload raw materials from Flexitank and IBCs according to procedures
- Weigh solid and liquid raw materials accurately and ensure identification and traceability
- Verify calibration of weighing equipment prior to use
- Prepare and stage packaging and packing materials; maintain packaging warehouse reference status
- Record material usage and production data in specified formats and/or Oracle
- Clean, disinfect and sanitize production kettles and production areas using specified tools and products
- Provide properly identified product samples to Quality for analysis
- Execute filling, labeling, capping/closing, palletizing and stacking per process requirements
- Perform basic assigned maintenance tasks and workplace 5S activities
- Use personal protective equipment and follow EHS behaviors
- Separate and manage waste generated during work appropriately
