  • Explore and implement Agentic AI and AIOps capabilities to improve infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and remediation.
  • Develop or integrate AI agents with OpenStack APIs and automation tools to streamline infrastructure operations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement of platform engineering practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational playbooks, and knowledge resources, while providing technical guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Good understanding of infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, third-party, and customer-facing teams.
Preferred
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or AIOps for infrastructure operations.
  • Experience implementing AI agents or AI-assisted automation for cloud/OpenStack administration.
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities with APIs, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
