Job description:-
· Lab Build & Maintenance
· Procure, install and configure Lab equipment across platforms
· IVR Platforms – Avaya, Cisco, Genesys
· Operating System – Linux, Windows, VMware
· Tools – Monitoring tools, configuration tools and performance test tools
· Automation tools across above platforms
· Build lab environments
· Manage change control of lab environments through certification cycles
· Certification strategy including validation of requirements, design
· Provide and justify effort estimates
· Configuring lab and environments for Testing
· Designing and Developing Certification Tools and Automation
· Creating Certification plan and underlying test plans
· Documenting strategy, review and editing
· Escalate technical and project issues to Project Manager
· Report project status to Project Manager
· Provide technical support during deployment in Production
· Assist with technical interviews of prospective team "
