Our Sofigators are Business Technology specialists in various areas such as strategic planning, project and service management, sourcing and supplier management, and enterprise architecture. We also value experience in AI-enabled solutions, business automation and change management. Our professionals work across private and public sectors.
We prioritize professionalism, leadership, and the right attitude. Sales acumen, communication skills, and coaching abilities are appreciated. Leadership aspirations and thriving in a dynamic, team-focused environment are essential.
You'll need fluency in Finnish and English due to client interactions. Work location is in Finland: preferably Helsinki metropolitan, Tampere greater area, or Oulu.
