What You'll Do
. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the integration process in details in every step.
- Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle.
- Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production.
- Implement continuous improvement practices.
- Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.
- Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.
- Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and obstacles.
- Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project.
- Develope strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Key point of contact for the customer.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Create and maintain relevant documentation.

- Directly subordinate to the Director of OPD & Integrations
- In implementing the organizational capacity to carry out our links and relationships with all actors in the company.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues
- Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with complex integrated systems
- SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
- Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
- Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira,
Fluency in English.
