Position Summary

The Onsite Services Specialist manages inventory and onsite service activities at customer locations, ensuring products, assets, and materials are organized, stocked, and readily available to support customer operations and project success.

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Labeling and organize all shelving in Trailers and/or Mobile Job Carts
  • Place initial inventory in Trailers and/or Mobile Job Carts 
  • Visit project sites weekly
  • Take inventory and create replenishment orders
  • Put away and organize inventory in Trailers and/or Mobile Job Carts
  • Coordinate job closeout including return of Trailers and/or Mobile Job Carts and remaining inventory
  • Track labor/mileage to properly account for cost
  • Maintain and update ERP systems as needed. Eclipse and SRX
  • Maintain, clean and prepare assets for redeployment.
  • Deliver material in Van
  • Government bid package administration support. 
  • Performs other duties as obvious or assigned.



This is a Safety Sensitive Position: 

  • May be required to operate powered industrial trucks.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day, bend, twist, and climb.

Qualifications: 

  • Business acumen and customer focus.
  • Inventory management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
