OVERVIEW
Work setting: Hybrid | 3 days a week from our Lisbon hub (Saldanha)
Employment length: 12 months rolling contract
We are seeking a Digital Producer, Google Store to lead the regional execution and delivery of Google Store experiences across EMEA markets. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of new product launches, localized storefront experiences, and ongoing site updates, ensuring customers across the region have access to accurate, engaging, and high-performing online experiences.

Working closely with Global Product Producers (gProds), EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), publishers, and local market stakeholders, you will oversee the adaptation, build, quality assurance, and launch of Google Store content across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Non-DTC markets.

This is a highly collaborative production role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing complex, multi-market initiatives. You will coordinate stakeholders across multiple workstreams, translate global launch requirements into regional executions, manage project timelines, and ensure flawless delivery from briefing through launch and post-launch support.

Success in this role comes from exceptional project management, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer experiences across Google's retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES
New Product Introduction (NPI) Launches
  • Lead the regional execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across EMEA markets, supporting the launch of Google's latest hardware products and services.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from briefing through launch, coordinating activities across approximately ten-week production cycles.
  • Partner with EMEA GTM teams, Product Marketing stakeholders, and Global Product Producers to align regional requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project handoffs between teams and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the launch process.
  • Manage launch readiness activities across DTC and Non-DTC markets, ensuring all pages, assets, and customer journeys are completed and approved ahead of launch.
Regional Adaptation & Content Production
  • Translate global launch requirements into localized market experiences using master wireframes, Figma designs, content guides, and supporting documentation.
  • Build and maintain Google Store experiences, including storefront pages, category pages, product detail pages, feature content, technical specifications, and promotional landing pages.
  • Execute regional adaptations while maintaining alignment with global standards, brand guidelines, and customer experience principles.
  • Manage content implementation and page configuration using Google's internal content management and publishing platforms.
  • Collaborate with localization, legal, product, and commercial stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and market-ready.
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Own project timelines, production schedules, and delivery milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Manage project documentation, trackers, Smartsheets, bug management systems, and status reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, stakeholder reviews, and alignment meetings throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with GTM teams, PMMs, publishers, engineers, and local market stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delivery challenges, implementing mitigation plans where required.
Quality Assurance & Validation
  • Coordinate staging reviews and validation activities, providing stakeholders with opportunities to review and test experiences prior to launch.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks across content, functionality, localization, navigation, and user experience components.
  • Manage Fishfood and Dogfood review processes, ensuring feedback is captured, prioritized, and resolved before launch approval.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to perform final launch readiness reviews and quality assessments.
  • Ensure all customer-facing experiences meet Google's quality standards and provide a seamless user experience across devices and markets.

Launch Management & Situation Room Coordination
  • Support and coordinate launch activities for major product introductions and site releases.
  • Prepare launch documentation, validation checklists, testing instructions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate launch workshops and "Situation Room" activities, bringing together cross-functional teams to review and validate live experiences.
  • Manage issue triage and bug resolution during launch periods, ensuring problems are prioritized, communicated, and resolved efficiently.
  • Partner with Global Product Producers and publishing teams to support successful launch execution across all applicable markets.

Site Operations & Sustainment
  • Manage ongoing site maintenance activities, including content updates, bug fixes, product changes, and store enhancements.
  • Prioritize and coordinate bug resolution efforts, ensuring issues are addressed according to business impact and customer experience considerations.
  • Implement updates related to legal, commercial, regulatory, or product requirements across live store experiences.
  • Support the rollout of new site functionality, market expansions, and evolving customer experience initiatives.
  • Ensure all updates are executed efficiently while minimizing disruption to the customer experience.
Continuous Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, project management processes, and launch operations.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and scalable production frameworks.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across regional Google Store programs.
