You will work on PadelOS, a SaaS platform by MoonLabor helping padel clubs manage bookings, payments, schedules, and memberships.
What You’ll DoManage inbound customer queries (chat/email)
Understand issues and respond clearly and quickly
Reproduce bugs and log them with clear steps
Work with engineers to resolve issues
Keep customers updated until resolution
Identify recurring problems and share insights with product team
1+ year in support, QA, or similar role
Strong written communication
Structured, detail-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple queries and prioritize
Comfortable working with engineers on issue resolution
Basic understanding of SaaS/web/mobile products
Experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Jira, Notion
Experience with bug reporting or QA
Exposure to SaaS or product workflows
Interest in moving into Product or QA over time
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of support, QA, and product — ideal if you enjoy solving problems, working with engineers, and improving products through customer feedback.
