- 3+ years of professional experience teaching in high schools or tutoring high school students in a structured, formal learning environment.
- Strong track record of clear, responsive communication that ensures students and families feel supported.
- Virtual teaching experience with interactive tools (whiteboards, chat, polls) strongly preferred.
- Availability during evenings and/or weekends. Summer daytime availability is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and computer in a quiet, dependable location.
- Applicants must achieve a 90 percent on a timed content exam covering both math and verbal questions.
