    • Communicate consistently with students, families, and TPR staff to ensure alignment on progress, requests, and goals.
    • Create a welcoming and encouraging learning environment where students feel supported and empowered to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
    • 3+ years of professional experience teaching in high schools or tutoring high school students in a structured, formal learning environment.
    • Strong track record of clear, responsive communication that ensures students and families feel supported.
    • Virtual teaching experience with interactive tools (whiteboards, chat, polls) strongly preferred.
    • Availability during evenings and/or weekends. Summer daytime availability is a plus.
    • Reliable internet connection and computer in a quiet, dependable location.
    • Applicants must achieve a 90 percent on a timed content exam covering both math and verbal questions.
    • Pass a paid 6-week Instructor Certification course upon hire which includes both self-paced assignments and live training sessions.
