Online Platform Manager

• Platform Specialist focus on either Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok Shop

• This headcount is required to have a deep understand on how eCommerce ecosystem function, and how to fully utlise digital funnel to drive traffic, conversion and results for assigned account

• Regularly review country online category & strategy performance and provide relevant feedback on competition and competitors activities

• Proposes and helps execute necessary category & product actions together with the Country Marketing teams  to help achieve the Country category objectives

• Execution of digital ad spend, alignment of campaign mechanics/call out, and meeting of JBP traffic commitment Execution of daily ad spend, bid pricing and tactical spend to maximize store traffic and conversion

• Performance tracking and engagement with T2 & Platform.

• Daily maintenance / removal of counterfeit and non authorized seller listing Weekly sell out tracking, and countermeasure plan JBP commitment tracking / monitoring / execution

• Ownership of Store Layout, Design
