Who We're Looking For - Online Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Marketing Manager to join our team for Cabletv.com. This individual will be responsible for taking our business and brand strategies to the next level. The Online Marketing Manager will lead a team of marketing experts in creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive traffic to Cabletv.com.

The core of our business relies on creating and maintaining valuable relationships, and as an Online Marketing Manager, you will connect with employees and help contribute to a fun, positive work environment that facilitates creative ideas and inspires employees to meet aggressive goals.   • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
  • Inspire your team to meet bold goals in a fast paced environment.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop new marketing channels from the ground up by collaboratively crafting strategic plans, driving team support, and executing on vision with a dedication to iterative improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and traffic.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Looker).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
