Within our Customer Success Management team, growth is fueled by disciplined monetization, experimentation, and strong commercial ownership of the freemium funnel. We’re looking for a senior individual contributor who thrives on revenue accountability, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional alignment.
This role is for someone who wants to own a monetization stream end-to-end — from diagnosing funnel bottlenecks to improving performance against plan — while balancing short-term revenue acceleration with long-term customer value.
What You’ll Do
Own Growth Performance: Manage and optimize a defined monetization stream (brand, product line, or lifecycle stage), contributing to Net New Bookings, conversion performance, cross-sell penetration, and ASP health.
Analyze & Prioritize Opportunities: Monitor funnel performance across volume, conversion, and retention. Translate data into clear insights and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Drive Experiments & Improvements: Partner cross-functionally to test and scale initiatives that improve trial take rate, trial-to-paid conversion, and upsell outcomes.
Support Forecasting & Planning: Provide bottom-up input into forecasts, identify performance risks early, and propose practical mitigation actions within your stream.
Communicate Performance Clearly: Prepare structured updates on performance vs. plan, key risks, and next steps for leadership and stakeholders.
Balance Revenue & Customer Value: Ensure monetization initiatives support long-term retention, engagement, and user trust.
What We’re Looking For
6+ Years of Relevant Experience: Background in digital marketing, growth, monetization, subscription business, or product growth roles — ideally within a freemium or consumer software environment. Experience operating at scale is a strong advantage.
Commercial Ownership Mindset: Experience owning a revenue stream, funnel, or defined growth area — not just executing campaigns. Comfortable being accountable for bookings performance and contributing to forecast accuracy.
Strong Analytical Capability: Confident diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, modeling revenue impact, and translating performance metrics into financial outcomes. Comfortable working with BI tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Clear communicator who can effectively partner with Product, User Acquisition, Finance, Lifecycle, and Data teams in a matrixed environment to drive aligned commercial outcomes.
Structured & Outcome-Oriented Thinking: Able to zoom out to understand growth drivers and zoom in to execute with focus. Naturally thinks in bottlenecks, trade-offs, sequencing, and measurable impact.
Customer-Centric Perspective: Understands the balance between short-term monetization and long-term retention. Focused on sustainable LTV and long-term user trust.
AI-Enabled: Demonstrated experience leveraging GenAI or data-driven tools to improve analysis, experimentation, or growth execution. Enthusiasm for integrating AI-powered workflows into commercial decision-making.
