We’re looking for a Senior Freemium Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist — a performance-driven marketer who thrives on end-to-end ownership. In this role, you’ll drive measurable growth across the customer lifecycle, from activation and conversion to renewal and retention. You’ll turn insights into strategy, lead experimentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize both user and business impact.

We love working together and collaborating as teams, which is why we use a hybrid model that allows us to work from the office three times per week.

What You’ll Do

Own Freemium Lifecycle Performance: Take accountability for key stages of the freemium customer journey — defining goals, tracking KPIs, and optimizing conversion and retention outcomes across multiple brands and segments.

Deep-Dive Analytics: Analyze behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data to uncover insights that drive higher engagement, conversion, and renewal success. Identify key levers that improve customer lifetime value and retention.

Experiment & Optimize: Design, run, and scale A/B tests that improve upgrade flows, messaging, pricing, and renewal experiences. Use data to prioritize initiatives that generate measurable business impact.

Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Product, eCommerce, Data, Finance, and Customer Success to align on growth and retention priorities. Ensure your insights help shape roadmaps, campaigns, and pricing strategies.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address friction points across the user journey — from onboarding to renewal. Develop solutions that improve the user experience and performance globally.

Performance Accountability: Own reporting for your domain. Track, present, and communicate performance trends and optimization results to stakeholders — ensuring visibility, clarity, and actionability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in freemium, subscription, or digital growth marketing, with direct ownership of conversion and retention outcomes

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with dashboards, A/B testing, and translating data into actionable growth strategies

  • Lifecycle expertise: strong understanding of customer journey metrics, churn dynamics, renewal funnels, and LTV optimization

  • Strategic executor: able to move from insight to implementation and drive measurable results

  • Collaborative influencer: effective at aligning with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

  • Customer-first mindset: balancing revenue growth with long-term user value and satisfaction

  • AI-enabled: experience using GenAI tools to enhance analysis, experimentation, and productivity — with an interest in helping others do the same
