Group Reporting Department is looking for a new EPM (OneStream) Developer to join the Financial Reporting Systems Team. We are currently embarking on a digitalization journey with a unique opportunity to work on the forefront of Finance and Digital.

Responsibilities

As the OneStream Developer you will participate in the implementation and continuous development and maintenance of the OneStream platform. You will be an accelerator for enabling best in class reporting across the Hempel Finance Teams and Controllers by supporting different areas like Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting. As well we expect you to:

• Participate in designing and implementing the new OneStream platform

• Ensure seamless integration of financial and operational data

• Implement data validation and reconciliation processes to maintain data accuracy

• Continuously assess and improve finance meta data and change requests

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business processes, translating them into OneStream solutions, defining priorities and maintaining the backlog

• Develop output reports to provide analytical capabilities for finance teams

• Train the trainers and drive the super user community

• Provide technical support to our Global Business Services in Poland and China

• Help drives ongoing development and roadmap from identified challenges during closings

Qualifications and competences

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or IT or any other relevant area

• 3-5 years of experience with EPM platforms and financial controlling

• Experience in OneStream is a prerequisite

• Experience in data lakes, ETL processes, and BI

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience with scrum and agile ways of working

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

• Proactive and "can-do" attitude

• Planful and organized

• Solution-oriented and with eye for details

• Collaborative and open-minded team player
