ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Onboarding Representative to ensure our clients are achieving the desired results when using our product. This is an in-person role, requiring you to be present at our office in Jardins, São Paulo.
We are a rapidly growing B2C AI virtual assistant company. Our focus is on increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), reducing churn, and improving unit economics.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented profile to join our team. This role is crucial to ensure that new clients fully understand and leverage the value of our AI-based product, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities
1.Customer Onboarding
Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new paying clients
Conduct daily webinar sessions with the goal of sales and upselling
Clearly explain the product's features, benefits, and use cases
Provide practical guidance on how to maximize product value
Promptly respond to customer questions and concerns
2.Value Proposition Communication
Develop and refine strategies to effectively communicate our product's value proposition
Create educational materials tailored to clients new to AI technology
Conduct webinars and group training sessions daily to demonstrate product capabilities
3.Upselling and Conversion
Identify upselling opportunities during onboarding and follow-up interactions
Conduct individual product demonstrations to showcase advanced features
Convert clients from monthly to annual plans
Develop and implement strategies to increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
4.Customer Success Monitoring
Monitor customer engagement and product usage patterns
Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the onboarding process
5.Collaboration with Other Teams
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
Provide insights to the product team about customer needs and pain points
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted onboarding materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
Proactivity in identifying process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Differentials
Previous experience in customer onboarding or webinars in tech companies or startups
Knowledge of CRM tools and customer management platforms
Skill in data analysis to interpret engagement and retention metrics
Experience in creating educational content, such as video tutorials or user guides
