We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on an Onboarding Specialist to help us propel our growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage the client onboarding process from initial contract to campaign kickoff.
Create and maintain detailed onboarding plans for each new client.
Conduct initial client meetings to gather requirements and set expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, webdev, client services) to ensure smooth handoffs.
Set up client accounts in relevant tools and platforms.
Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources.
Ensure all necessary information is collected and organized for project teams.
Adapting to the role as needed.

Requirements:

This role must work in EST.

2+ years experience in client services or project management, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and processes.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
Proficiency in project management and CRM tools - Notion and GHL experience a huge plus!
Excellent communication and people skills. You love to chat and make people feel welcome.
Detail oriented and meticulous. You are the most organized person you know!
