- Conduct onboarding calls with providers and clinic staff
- Educate clinics on pharmacy workflows, ordering procedures, and onboarding requirements
- Answer provider and clinic questions related to onboarding and pharmacy operations
- Ensure onboarding documentation and setup steps are completed accurately
- Communicate professionally with providers, office managers, and clinic staff
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and pharmacy teams to support successful account onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication throughout the onboarding process
- Help create a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new accounts
- Pharmacy technician background strongly preferred
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- General pharmacy knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy terminology preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with providers and clinic staff over the phone
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
