This is a remote position.
- Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to activate and support our top customers.
- Support the launch and onboarding process for new equipment rental companies by handling key setup tasks and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
- Customize product configurations to meet the unique needs of each new customer.
- Collaborate directly with CEOs, owners, and business founders, guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A competitive spirit and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply new customer success strategies effectively.

- Bonus points for: Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and an interest in or experience with software startups.
