We are dedicated to helping business owners understand their financials. We are seeking a full-time Onboarding Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting.
As an Onboarding Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial data is processed according to company policies. You will ensure timely and high-quality financial reports that empower our clients to make better business decisions.
This is a fast-paced role that requires working in a structured environment with clear expectations. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make quick decisions while maintaining accuracy and adhering to company standards. The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results is key to success in this position.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on client management in an accounting environment.
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Experience managing multiple clients, balancing varied tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
