Pay rate: $33.65-$35.09/hour

The Onboarding and Training Coordinator is responsible for:
- Overseeing, developing, and implementing competency-based training to ensure that all staff are proficient in program delivery, medication for addiction treatment and substance use disorders
- Coordinating and managing the onboarding of staff, ensuring completion of required licensure, compliance training, and orientation to policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Working with program leadership to develop and implement a continuous, comprehensive staff development and training plan.
- Preparing and delivering training curriculum in accordance with the staff development and training plan for the DOC MOUD contract.
- Assessing the quality of training delivery through training evaluation, site observations, and training needs assessments.
- Developing training for DOC personnel in conjunction with clinical and medical leadership.
- Identifying specific training needs through trend analysis and continuous quality improvement data in conjunction with the leadership team
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associates’ degree in healthcare administration, human services, psychology, education, social work, criminal justice or closely related field required, bachelors preferred.
- This position requires organization skills, and fluency in PowerPoint and familiarity with Paycom.
- Must possess knowledge of substance use disorder treatment services, behavioral health, mental health, correctional treatment services, and quality improvement processes and systems.
