About the role

As an OMP Consultant, you support international clients in improving their planning processes and adopting advanced planning technology. You help implement OMP while learning from our experts and building your own skills in both process and system design. In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to OMP implementations for clients in life sciences, consumer goods and manufacturing.

  • Support the configuration of planning functionalities and translate business needs into system requirements.

  • Analyze current planning workflows and help define improved ways of working.

  • Prepare and participate in workshops to gather input and validate design choices.

  • Create functional documentation, test scenarios and process flows with guidance from senior colleagues.

  • Work with planning data and support testing activities to ensure solutions run smoothly.

  • Support user training and change related activities so clients can adopt OMP with confidence

About you
  • 2–3 years of experience in a planning related field such as demand, supply, inventory or production planning.

  • You are a quick learner who enjoys exploring new tools, with experience as an OMP key or end user or a first exposure to OMP as a plus.

  • Strong interest in advanced planning technology and motivation to learn OMP.

  • Affinity with APS or ERP planning tools and comfort working with data.

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical planning solutions.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Comfortable interacting with clients and supporting workshops.

  • A team player who enjoys learning, sharing ideas and working hands on.

  • Experience working with international teams or global organizations is a plus.

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in planning
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Experience as an OMP key or end user
  • Affinity with APS or ERP planning tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
