What the candidate will do:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing activities related to end-to end project management that ensure a successful delivery (within time and budget, with the quality expected). Those duties include requirement review, planning, estimating, resource allocation, oversight of development and quality assurance tasks, risk management.
You will also help the agencies of our network on projects to come, by validating feasibility and offering guidance.
Additionally, you will manage the communications with our counterparts at the agencies and the expectations of the different stakeholders in a way that the scope, cost, time, risks, and changes are well understood and accepted.
When required, you will act as the point of contact of a specific agency team to better understand their project pipeline and plan resources accordingly.
Minimum qualifications:
· 2+ years in successful project management working for different locations and clients.
· Experience managing resources and coordinating timelines, allocations, forecast, and deliverables.
· Knowledge of web development environments/process/tools.
· B2-equivalent English skills or higher.
Preferred qualifications:
· Experience on digital marketing.
· Programming or digital design background.
· Project Management or Scrum Master certification.
· Knowledge of the digital production environment and tools.
