Job Description
To provide excellent client service and financial education and to achieve targets through the marketing and selling of Old Mutual and other products. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own effortsMeets monthly sales targets in terms of lending and other products.
Meets collections and arrears targets in terms of lending products.
Educates clients on responsible use of credit and effective money management.
Establishes a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation and tracking.
Adheres to internal, regulatory and legislative governances to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
Facilitates intra branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
Provides excellent face to face and telephonic service to customers.
Builds sustainable relationships that enhances the brand.
Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards

Skills Required
- NQF Level 4 - Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
- Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets for lending and other products
- Ability to meet collections and arrears targets for lending products
- Experience educating clients on responsible credit use and effective money management
- Experience establishing a business pipeline through marketing, lead generation and tracking
- Adherence to internal, regulatory and legislative governance to ensure quality business and mitigate risk
- Ability to facilitate intra-branch referrals and build relationships with other business units
- Provide excellent face-to-face and telephonic customer service and build sustainable client relationships
