Job Description

• Initiates quotes from online sales leads

• Directs online loan queries to Direct Sales Consultants

• Takes inbound sales client service calls and shares relevant information with assistance and on the job coaching

• Finalises sales client service calls at point of contact to confirm final offers

• Obtains indexes and ensures accuracy of all necessary documentation pertaining to the clients loan applications

• Ensures that the index queue is fully addressed daily and cleared within a 24 hour cycle

• Ensures that extensive knowledge of the Credit Policy remains up to date

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Computer Literate

Provides specialist knowledge and executes account development strategies and sales business plans in order to achieve small-sized sales targets.

ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations

Enter data into standard branch systems, sorting and filing materials relating to transactions at the counter.

Receiving Visitors

Receive visitors to the organization and assist with any basic requests for information, referring more complex matters to other colleagues as necessary.

Customer Service

Provide basic customer service support, such as data input, filing, or photocopying. May also exchange basic information with customers by having courteous interactions with them.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data

Enter customer name and address into the CRM system at point of purchase to ensure that the organization has the relevant information to support follow-up sales and service actions.

Customer Needs Clarification

Ask the customer to identify which product or service they are interested in purchasing and how they intend to use it.

Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting

Greet customers (on incoming calls or in store) and engage them in conversation to build rapport.

Business Meetings/Events Arrangement

Respond to requests for information about the availability of people or facilities to assist in arranging business meetings.

Document Preparation

Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them.

Operational Compliance

Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.

Personal Capability Building

Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
