As a Project Manager - Integrated Solutions, you will lead the safe and successful delivery of integrated well construction, completions, intervention, and related energy projects. Acting as the primary customer interface, you will coordinate multiple product lines and service teams while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
As a Project Manager - Integrated Solutions, you will:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of integrated projects across multiple product lines and stakeholders.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
Drive project performance through effective risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Manage project financial performance, including revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives safely and efficiently.
Oversee project schedules, resource planning, readiness reviews, and contingency plans.
Promote Baker Hughes HSE standards and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
Lead project reviews, performance reporting, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.
Support business growth by partnering with commercial and sales teams.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Have substantial experience in the energy industry, including well construction, completions, intervention, P&A, or related operations.
Have at proven extensive experience in project management experience delivering complex operational projects.
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of drilling and completions activities.
Have experience managing project financial performance and commercial risk.
Possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Have experience managing multiple concurrent operations and cross-functional teams.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is advantageous.
Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
Hold PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
Have Well Control awareness; certification is advantageous.
