- Requirement and Gap analysis, Functional design and configuration of OFSAA ERM modules.
- Testing support of configured OFSAA in SIT and UAT environment.
- Conducting Functional Training and creating functional project documentation
- Implementation experience with OFSAA ERM modules like IFRS/LRM/BASEL
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Must be able to clearly articulate functionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Banking Practices with expertise in one or more of the following areas-
- Corporate and retail credit risk
- credit appraisal and monitoring, credit training and scoring, credit derivatives and credit portfolio management, securitization and loan approval for retail and SME, with experience in credit scoring and IT solutions
- Candidates with experience in implementing Basel II, Basel III will be Other Preferred.
- Implementation experience and good knowledge of Basel and local regulatory guidelines
