Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven candidate to collaborate with various stakeholders to participate and support system migration and corresponding testing. Successful candidate will join Client Services department and participate in divisional project and liaise with IT, project manager and internal business users to execute and complete the system migration and testing.Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Execute and verify the testing results diligently
- Identify unexpected issues and liaise with IT for investigation and the implementation of fixes
- Provide day to day support to external clients accessing HKEX portals to get familiarised with the systems and workflow that will in turn help on contributing in the project
- Perform administrative tasks and assist team members in ad-hoc tasks
- Undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor
Requirements:
- University degree or above
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Client Services and/or Operations with previous exposure to participate in system enhancement projects
- A team-player attitude and self-driven learning mindset
- Great self-organisation, task prioritisation, attention to detail and strong problem solving skill
- Knowledge in securities / finance / customer services with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland markets is welcomed
