What you’ll do
⦿ Order Processing: Manage purchase orders from receipt through confirmation, processing in the system, and triggering work and sales orders. Create and maintain work order packets and paperwork for the shop floor.
⦿ Quoting and Customer Coordination: Provide quotes on products and parts, respond to customer inquiries, and handle updates and issues efficiently.
⦿ Shipping and Delivery Coordination: Prepare shipping documents, schedule trucks for pick-up, and track order progress and inventory of finished parts. Coordinate closely with the shop supervisor and production teams.
⦿ Data Management and Reporting: Pull reports, update customer information, create pricing lists, and ensure accurate invoicing and paperwork attachment.
⦿ Daily Operations: Multitask across administrative duties including data entry, order tracking, and communication with internal teams and customers.
⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:
⦿ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
⦿ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy
⦿ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
⦿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a huge plus but not required

Nice-to-haves:
⦿ Previous data entry and office experience
⦿ Experience with quoting and sales support processes
⦿ Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, QuoteWorks, or GoldMine
