An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Office Supervisor based at Clayton clinic. This full-time role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for their next challenge or wanting to take their career to the next level within a fast-paced environment. 

You Will Have

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills ideally within a medical or radiology office environment

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers and team members

  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Solid organisational and time management skills is essential

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation will be highly regarded
