Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to support front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience for all visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a professional office setting, assisting others, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate staff members.

  • Answer and route phone calls as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination.
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
