As the Office Manager at Rivermont Schools, you will help ensure smooth, efficient, and positive daily operations that support students, staff, and families. This vital role serves as the school’s central point of communication, coordinating administrative tasks and keeping the school running seamlessly each day.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in general office or administrative work
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using databases or other administrative software
Valid Virginia driver’s license
What You'll Do
Support school leadership with administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping
Manage phone and front office communication, directing calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism
Track and maintain attendance records, supply inventory, and payroll updates to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and daily operations to keep the school organized and efficient
Provide excellent customer service to students, families, staff, and community partners through timely and courteous communication
