Weβre looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations and help our Lapitopa team stay productive and connected in Limassol.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily office operations and supplies
Coordinate vendors, maintenance and office services
Uphold company policies related to office procedures and health & safety standards.
Organise meetings, travel and internal events
Assist with onboarding and employee experience
Provide ad-hoc support to management
Support team with administrative tasks
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or similar role
Fluent English and Greek, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Limassol office remote and hybrid work are not available.
