About the role
Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an opportunity where you can bring your experience and ideas? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Melbourne office. In this role, you will be the trusted go‑to person for office operations, executive support, finance administration and helping to create exceptional workplaces at Bluecurrent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee office maintenance, internal and external events, coordination with the Facilities Manager, equipment servicing, HSE compliance, and consumables.
- Provide support to Melbourne-based executive team, including diary, expenses, travel management, and support on ad hoc requests.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, seating, equipment, inductions, and office access, collaborating with People & Culture.
- Manage and process purchase orders and invoice payments.
- Organise and maintain electronic records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including the preparation, coordination, and submission of finance‑related documentation such as corporate credit card applications, Delegations of Financial Authority (DFA) forms, and other internal approval and compliance processes.
Who We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Previous proven experience in end-to-end office management, office facilities management, account relationship management, bookkeeping and accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience providing executive level administration support
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management experience
- A high degree of confidentiality and experience in dealing with matters of a sensitive nature
- A high level of organisation and time management with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
