We are a team of 150 people, primarily Engineers, Traders and Quants, focused on HFT with ~1% of global crypto trading volume. Being a bit weird, we

• Are self-taught; our founders do not come from any of the big HFTs

• Chose to have no VCs on cap-table; this spot is for our colleagues

• Made Bratislava the central hub, not London or Amsterdam

The Gibraltar office serves as one of Wincent’s key operational hubs outside Bratislava. It brings together several functions that work closely on a day-to-day basis, including:
Finance, Legal, Compliance, Business Development (BD) and Fund Administration.

A total of seven employees are based in Gibraltar.

The Gibraltar team works very well together. They communicate openly, support each other and handle their responsibilities independently. Even though the team is small, they are efficient, reliable and maintain a positive and professional working atmosphere. Colleagues from Bratislava or elsewhere, including the CEO, who visits at least once per quarter regularly come to Gibraltar to work with the team and stay aligned on key topics.

We’re looking for someone resourceful and adaptable to join us as an Office Manager in our Gibraltar office. This is not your typical office manager role, it is about noticing what needs to be done and making it happen.

The work can be dynamic and occasionally a bit ambiguous. We are looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment. If you’re someone who spots gaps, improves stuff, can take ownership, and enjoys bringing order to moving pieces, we’d love to talk.

Travel desk:

• Own the travel desk across the company, helping folks get where they need to go with zero stress.

Office Management:

• Serve as a the first point of contact at our Gibraltar office, helping new joiners and visitors get settled

• Find, onboard, and manage vendors

• Ensure the office is well-stocked, managing deliveries, food, and daily upkeep

• Organize team-building activities

Compliance:

• Manage our Corporify system and keep company records up to date

• Support compliance tasks such as onboarding low-risk counterparties

• You are organized and prioritize well. You keep schedules and tasks on track.

• You are proactive, you fix things before they become a problem.

• You are diligent and thorough, things get done and nothing gets forgotten.

• You write and speak effectively. You are not afraid to ask questions.

• You can handle budgeting and reporting. You can identify, research and negotiate pricing with vendors. Once agreed you will manage them.

• You stay calm under pressure and manage in an ambiguous environment.

• If you speak Spanish, great. If not, that is ok.
