What you’ll do:
Act as the point of contact for all internal and external duties related to the office (maintenance, mailing, cleaning, procurement, finance, catering, and other suppliers)
Oversee the organization and smooth operation of the office
Plan and coordinate monthly and quarterly office activities
Collaborate with HR, Comms, and other internal stakeholders, as well as external suppliers, to plan events, conferences, meetings, and other office activities
Welcome and support external visitors
Coordinate with IT on all office equipment, maintenance, and related needs
Respond to employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, coffee machines, alarms)
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to keep office operations running smoothly
Supervise facility management contracts, service providers, and office supply inventory
What you’ll bring:
Solid experience in Office Management or Administrative roles
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role
+2 years of experience as an Office Manager in software houses or digital companies is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while handling stakeholders’ expectations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
C1/C2 English level
Strong operational focus and ability to stay calm under pressure
Team player with passion for the company’s mission and goals
