The Role

Join us as an Office Manager and you'll be part of a dynamic team that makes sure our technology delivers the best experience for our customers.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Act as the point of contact for all internal and external duties related to the office (maintenance, mailing, cleaning, procurement, finance, catering, and other suppliers) 

  • Oversee the organization and smooth operation of the office 

  • Plan and coordinate monthly and quarterly office activities 

  • Collaborate with HR, Comms, and other internal stakeholders, as well as external suppliers, to plan events, conferences, meetings, and other office activities 

  • Welcome and support external visitors 

  • Coordinate with IT on all office equipment, maintenance, and related needs 

  • Respond to employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, coffee machines, alarms) 

  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to keep office operations running smoothly 

  • Supervise facility management contracts, service providers, and office supply inventory 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Solid experience in Office Management or Administrative roles 

  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role 

  • +2 years of experience as an Office Manager in software houses or digital companies is a plus 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) 

  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while handling stakeholders’ expectations 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • C1/C2 English level 

  • Strong operational focus and ability to stay calm under pressure 

  • Team player with passion for the company’s mission and goals
