Main Responsibilities
- Enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality in Kaunas office premises.
- Organize events , activities, that create a sense of community and engagement within the workplace.
- Oversee the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
- Ensure the workspace is safe, comfortable, and conductive to work.
- Lead site-related projects, such as office redesigns, expansions, or relocations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Ensure, that all site operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, who support facilities, such as office landlord, cleaning, security and ect.
- Analyze existing administrative processes and identity areas for improvement & optimization.
- Assist in budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth integration and functionality of office technologies within workspace.
- Manage assigned projects.

- Previous administrative work experience.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal Lithuanian and English language skills.
- That you are a fast learner and self-organized person.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1800 - 2600 EUR/Month.
