Office & Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, office management, and assisting with HR tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining office functionality.

• Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and facility management.
• Assist in financial processes such as expense tracking.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Maintain a positive work environment by fostering team collaboration and addressing employee needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
