Your Role

As an Office Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and that employees feel supported and appreciated by:

  • Oversee physical office operations, including seating arrangements, parking, furniture, fixtures, and inventory management.
  • Manage office decorations and seasonal updates to create a welcoming environment.
  • Handle office maintenance, vendor relationships, mail coordination, and supply management (snacks, beverages, and office essentials).
  • Ensure compliance with security, legal, and HR protocols, keeping internal processes up to date.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and company information infrastructure.
  • Plan and execute company events, such as holiday parties, birthdays, and team outings.
  • Communicate regularly with the team to ensure transparency and engagement across the company.
  • Assist executives with administrative and operational tasks, including tracking special projects.
  • Identify ways to enhance efficiency and eliminate operational barriers for employees.
