How your day will look like
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Assist with processing invoices, tracking payments, and handling basic accounting tasks.
- Support in the organisation of Events.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and manage office-related HR tasks.
Your profile
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in managing office budgets and basic financial tracking
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and work effectively with different teams
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fluency in English and Spanish
