Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Handle office communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Assist in HR-related tasks in onboarding new employees (work space allocation)
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless workflow and effective communication within the organization.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a productive and professional work environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and office security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
